Women Empowerment Programs

In the midst of a male society, we find that women do not find suitable opportunities for them in the unfair labor market. Therefore, the idea of empowering  poor women was created by training them on some handicrafts jobs to make them prepared to go into the labor market and have a chance to have a better future. 

TAILORS PROGRAM (TP)

Tailoring Program (TP) is a program that educates and trains female breadwinners sewing handcraft, after finishing the training cycles each one of the graduated females shall be given a sewing machine, helped in marketing, selling her products all over the mentorship period.

The project aims in its first cycle to teach 450 women sewing handcraft, within three months, then a 9 months mentorship period starts from the graduation of each batch.

JOB FAIRS PROGRAM (JFP)

Boys Bread Foundation has provided job opportunities to many in need since its establishment, as it continues between employers and job seekers.

JFP has successfully connected 783  unemployed mothers with employers from 2017 until now, which has greatly changed the lives of these needy families.

A job fair will be organized permanently to bring together all companies and 1,500 job seekers to advance the economy and provide decent job opportunities for women.

MARRIAGE FINANCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAM (MFSP)

In the Arab Republic of Egypt, Marriage got traditions and rituals that are considered, for a very large percentage of the residents, very expensive. 

Marriage Financial Support program started in 2017 started to help girls who are unable to afford marriage, Financial support, and in-kind aids to establish families that result in the prosperity of society.

Throughout 2017 to date, we succeeded to help more than 30 females with a total budget of 300,000 EGP ($18806).
